Isaac William Taylor

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Issac William Taylor announces his passing at his residence in LaPoile, NL on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 at the age of 73 years. Born in LaPoile, NL, Issac was the son of the late Albert and Margaret Taylor (nee Neil). He was also predeceased by his wife Nellie Diane Taylor (nee Bond) in 2013; father and mother-in-law Thomas Sr. and Florence Bond (nee Organ); sister Evelyn (Henry) Organ; brothers-in-law Walter Vautier, Cecil Francis; sisters-in-law Dulcie Bond and Viola Bond.
He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving children George Taylor of Burnt Islands, NL, Geraldine (Claude) Francis of LaPoile, NL, Robert (Myrna) Taylor of Isle aux Morts, NL, Janet (Greg) Courtney of Burnt Islands, NL; grandchildren Nisa, Chad, Owen, Colby, William; brother Albert (Dulice) Taylor of LaPoile, NL; sisters Edna Vautier of Margaree, NL, Margaret Francis, Gloria (Lewis) Bond, Lucy (Raymond) Vautier, Ethel Taylor and Joyce (Clyde) Bateman all of LaPoile; brothers and sisters-in-law Rose Brinston of Fort McMurray, AB, Brenda (Bruce) Wheaton of Frederickton NL, Eileen (Alex) Chant, Philip Bond, Clifford Bond, Melvin (Rita) Bond all of LaPoile, NL, Gary (Delores) Bond, Verna Herritt both of Burnt Islands, NL, Kevin (Gail) Bond of Louisburgh, NS plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 7th, 2018 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 from 10 am – 12 pm at East Haven Funeral Home Inc. in Port aux Basques, NL. Visitation will continue on Saturday night, September 8th, 2018 and Sunday morning, September 9th, 2018 from the St. Thomas Anglican Church in LaPoile, NL from where the funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 at 3 pm from officiated by The Rev. Jeffrey Petten with interment to follow at the LaPoile Community Cemetery, LaPoile, NL. Flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Issac’s memory can be made to the family.
