Passed away peacefully on February 25, 2018 at the age of 93. Daughter of the late Arthur and Inez Cotter. Reunited with beloved late husband Lawrence (1983). Loving mother of the late Larry Ion (2012) and wife Rose, Tom Ion and wife Jackie, Patti Reaume and husband Rick, Jim Ion and wife Sue, Cathy Warwick and husband Gary. Proud grandmother of Chris Ion (Melissa), Mike Ion (Dawn), Darren Ion (Lora), Charly Ion, Andy Ion (Phoenix), Ryan Warwick, Jenna Warwick. Caring Great Grandmother of Emma, Logan, Travis, Alexis, Carter, Finley, and Delaney.Sister of the late Rosemary Bondy and Beatrice Botsford. Aunt and dear friend of Steve. Missed by several nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Shirley Lyons for many, many years and her special roommate Audrey Gillies. Retired from the Dietary Department at Grace Hospital after 22 years of dedicated service. If you so desire, donations made to Juvenile Arthritis would be appreciated by the family, in honour of Inez’s great grandkids Lexi and Carter. Inez was fond of chocolate, visiting the Casino, spending time with her family which also included her extended “family” at Kensington Court and her beloved staff at Banwell Gardens.
