Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Loving son of Eydie Noy and stepson to Pete Danis. Cherished brother of the late James (2001). Hughie will be missed by his aunts Marion (Ted) Farrell and Shirley Murray, and by cousins Ted Farrell Jr. of St. Catharines, Paul Farrell of Toronto, Rebecca Beaton of Brantford and Heather Lama of Brantford. Hughie brought so much happiness into the lives of all he met. Always friendly and chatty, he knew everyone on Brant Street and visited them daily.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Wellington Square United Church (2121 Caroline Street, Burlington) at 3pm. For those who wish, memorial contributions to Community Living Burlington and the Supported Independent Living Program (CLB-SIL) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
