Hetty Meulenbelt
of Drayton and formerly of Rothsay passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in her 58th year. Cherished daughter of Jenny Meulenbelt of Drayton and the late Evert Meulenbelt. Dear sister of Ellie and Noel Jensen of Kitchener and Ed and Kim Meulenbelt of Rothsay. Aunt of Tyla Jensen, Wes Jensen and Quinn Jensen; Marina Meulenbelt and Darren Meulenbelt. Fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncle, cousins and friends. To honour Hetty’s wishes cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton on Sunday, June 3 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m. A memorial service celebrating Hetty’s life will be held in the Drayton United Church on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment in Derryadd Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Drayton United Church or Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
