Passed away on August 28, 2018 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital surrounded by the love of her family. Predeceased by her husband Clarence G. Jones; her daughter Linda Mitchell; her parents Ellsworth and Rebecca Kitchen; sister Edna Pascuzzo; her four brothers Clifford, Lloyd, Stuart and Keith and her son-in-laws Bob Reay and Hubert MacCallum. Survived by daughters Nancy Reay and Betty Ann MacCallum; son Robert (Carolin); grandsons Peter Mitchell (Jennifer), William MacCallum (Brendon) and Scott Reay (Keri); granddaughter Amanda Reay; sister-in-laws Shirley Jones, Pat Kitchen and Barb Kitchen; great grandchildren Kayleigh and Parker and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Helen has been a member of Avenue Road Baptist Church (formerly First Delta Baptist Church) for over 70 years. She was known as “Auntie Helen” by the many children she babysat for over 37 years. Each one had a special place in her heart. She was always interested in hearing about their lives as they grew up. Friends and family will be received on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Coutts Funeral Home and Cremation Centre located at 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, Ontario. Funeral service to be held at Avenue Road Baptist Church, 465 Avenue Road, Cambridge, Ontario on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:00 am with visitation occurring one hour before the service. Burial to take place at Memory Gardens, Breslau. Donations may be made to Avenue Road Baptist Church or Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.
