Obituary for
Heather Noreen Harris
Harris, Heather Noreen, 65 of Weymouth, NS, passed away June 3,2018. Born November 7,1952 in Digby, she was the daughter to the late Jared and Muriel Frankland. She devoted her time to her sons, grandchildren and genealogy research for her family tree. She was a Laboratory Technologist for nearly 30 years, working at the Grace Maternity Hospital, Halifax, Digby General Hospital, Digby, Western Kings Memorial Hospital, Wolfville, Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital, Kentville and Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. 2003 until its closer in 2013 she was a Lab Manager at the Weymouth AD Laboratory, Weymouth. Heather is survived by her sons Craig Harris, Digby; Wade (Alisa) Harris, Cornwallis Park; grandchildren, Zoe and Wyatt Harris; brother Morton (Audrey) Frankland; nephew Blake (Sally) Frankland; Dana (Dianna) Frankland and families, Weymouth. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. There will be a graveside service later in the Bay View United Church Cemetery, Digby.
