Obituary of Gwendolyn Kennedy
Kennedy, Gwen Bernice (nee Chase)
Passed away peacefully at the Fox Ridge Nursing Home, on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Richard « Dick » Kennedy (1985). Loving mother of the late (infant) David. Gwen is survived by her brothers Gordon (the late Vivian) and William (Gail), and her sister Miriam (the late Warren) (Nova Scotia). She is predeceased by her parents Everette and Helen Chase (nee Simpson) and her brother Sherman. She will also be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. She loved her animals and she and Dick loved to fish. A simple graveside committal service will be held in the chapel at Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. on Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at 2 p.m. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery privately at a later date.
