Of Halifax, passed away August 6 2018 in the palliative care unit of the VG Hospital from the effects of Pancreatic Cancer. He was 44. Greg is survived by his wife Angela Dixon and 2 amazing children Alyssa (20) and Xavier (16). His parents David and Patricia Cleversey, sister Jennifer Finjan and numerous friends and extended family in Halifax and Cape Breton. Greg was an avid hunter and fisher, really a true natureman. He was at home in the outdoors. He was a self proclaimed science geek as well. He loved to track the stars, weather and space and was also curious about the latest tech gadgets. What he loved most of all was his family. He was so proud of his children’s accomplishments, he beamed whenever he spoke about them. Greg, your sense of humor, comforting support and your unwavering believe that Bab’s will bring the Leafs a cup will be sorely missed. We love you now and forever. At Greg’s request, we will only have a private family event, no public service. Our family encourages you to share your best stories about Greg now and for years to come and to hug someone you love, today.
