Gregory Charles « Greg » Thomas
March 30, 1970 – October 10, 2018
Thomas, Gregory Charles “Greg”, passed away suddenly Wednesday October 10, 2018, at the age of 48. Greg was deeply adored by his wife Krista (nee Nugent), and tremendously loved by his parents Allan and Bonny Thomas (nee Sollows), and parents-in-law, William and Elaine Nugent (nee Roche). Leaving to mourn sister Angela Benson (Todd), brother Gordon Thomas, brother-in-law Karl Nugent, Nephews Christopher Benson, Logan and Joshua Nugent, and Niece Davan Benson. Greg was a man of humor, integrity and love who made friends wherever he went. A passionate Montreal Canadiens fan, he was a PhD in preparing for the yearly hockey pool. On Sundays he lived for his Pittsburgh Steelers and loved playing weekly poker with his buddies. He could always be found with a guitar in hand and, due to an insatiable love of music, was able to recite copious amounts of music knowledge. His three beloved furballs will wait for his return everyday. As per Gregory’s request, cremation has taken place. With no visitation. Details to follow regarding a celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local animal shelter of your choice.
