Obituary for Grace Steinwand (nee Clark)
On January 6, 2018, Mrs. Grace Steinwand of Edmonton, formerly of Rochfort Bridge, AB, passed away at the age of 71 years.
Grace will be lovingly remembered by her children, Crystal (Michael) and Brent (Brandi); precious grandchildren, Alyssa (Nathan), Corey, Blaize, Braison, Bailey, Brodie, Brendin and Lilyanna; brother, Walter (Helen) Clark of Langley, BC; sisters-in-law, Jessie Steinwand of Camrose, Vi Steinwand of Edmonton, Ella Huss of Lacombe, Betty (Don) Klein of Viking and Lorraine (Erv) Weins of Palm Springs;and brothers-in-laws, Lawrence Sylvester and Ken (Joyce) Steinwand of Rycroft. Predeceased by her husband, Edwin; parents, Lawrence and Stella Clark; sisters-in-law, Irma Sylvester and Heather Steinwand; brothers-in-law, Rudy, Herb and Alfred Steinwand and Keith Huss.
A Celebration of Grace’s Life will be held Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, 15495 Castle Downs Road NW, Edmonton with Reverend Jordan Ware officiating. Cremation has take place.
Grace had requested that everyone wear colorful clothing. In lieu of other tributes donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2 or the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, 15495 Castle Downs Road NW, Edmonton, AB T5X 4A8.
