It is with great sadness that the
family of the late GRACE GRANDY of Grand
Bank announces her passing at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand
Bank on Monday, January 22nd, 2018, at the age of 62.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; sisters, Maxine
(Edward) Dallison of Whitby, ON, Bertha (Robert) Lane of Petewawa, ON;
brothers, Baxter (Marlene) Grandy of Cold Lake, NS, Philip (Joyce)
Grandy of Grand Bank; aunts, Gertie Rideout of Grand Bank, Margaret
Burt of Gander, Grace (Ross) Saunders of Gambo; close friends, Cyril
(Greta) Saunders of Grand Bank; plus a large circle of extended family
and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence
& Sophia Grandy; sisters, Effie (John) Larkin, Ethel (Ken)
Halldorson & Margaret Grandy.
The Grandy Family will be accepting
visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Monday,
January 22nd from 7:00pm to 9:00pm & Tuesday January 23rd from
2:00pm to 4:00pm & 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The Funeral Service will
take place on Wednesday, January 24th, at 2:00pm from The Salvation
Army Citadel, Grand Bank. Intermet to follow at The Salvation Army
Cemetery in Grand Bank.
In
Grace’s memory, donations may be made to The
Salvation Army Cemetery Fund or flowers gratefully
accepted.
