It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Gordon George Laing announce his sudden passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL. on Thursday , May 10th. , 2018 in his 84th. Year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are children : John ( Judy Dwyer), Shawn(Bessie), Paul(Melvina Brake), Elizabeth (Ray) Diamond, Gordon, Albert (Kim), Wendy(Kenneth) Howell , Corey (Nancy). His Grandchildren ; Michael, Danielle (Steven) Whall, Paul, Shay, Mateo, Victoria(Jonathan) Chaulk, Christopher, Jada, Hilary, Gabrielle and Billy. Step-grandghildren; Raymond (Kim) Diamond, Charmaine(Derrick) Munn, Jennie Santang(Josh Roberts), Nathan Santang(Josiee Bennett), Sarah Reid, Barry Reid. Great grandchildren; Riley and Rayne. Step Great grandchildren Brandon, Jaxon, Avery and Alexander. Brother Felix(Jean). Sister Mary Ellsworth. Sisters-in-law; Margaret, Leona (Marvin), Thelma(Emanuel), Gladys(Eddie). Brothers-in-law; Hayward(Ivy) and Tom. His special niece Debbie Humber(Roger). Father was predeceased by his wife Catherine. Parents John & Julia . Brother Russell. Parents-in-law George and Evangeline Humber. Brother-in-law Gus. Sisters-in-law; Edith and Edna. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Anglican church in Norris Point on Saturday, May 12th,2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm and Sunday at 2-4 and 7-9pm. where also the funeral services will take place on Monday, May 13th,2018 at 2:00pm with Rev.
