Gonzague Robichaud
1932-2018
ALDOUANE, NB – Gonzague Robichaud 86, of Aldouane
passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent
on Monday, September 10, 2018. Born in Aldouane, he was the
son of the late Alphonse Robichaud and late Marguerite (Daigle)
Robichaud. Before retiring, Gonzague was employed as a
furnace repair technician.
Gonzague will be sadly missed by his daughter, Colinda
Doucette (Ricky); his son, Blair Robichaud both of Aldouane; three
grandchildren, Guylene, Renelle, Danyelle and four great
grandchildren, Riley, Xavier, Kalex and
Olivia.
He is also survived by three sisters, Gilberte Vautour (late
Maxime) of St. Louis, Albertine Richard (Christin) of
Richibouctou-Village, Marie-Mai Robichaud (late Leo) of Lakeville; two
brothers, George Robichaud (Jeanne-Mance), Pierre Robichaud (Lucille)
of Aldouane and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Imelda
(Martin) Robichaud; three sisters, Annette,
Thérèse, Juliette and three brothers, Yvon,
Vincent and Aurele.
As per Gonzague’s wishes there will be no
visitation at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Thursday, September 13 at 6:30 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague
Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto. Donations in
Gonzague’s memory may be made to the charity of the
donor’s choice. The family wish to express a
special thank you to the staff at the Stella Maris Hospital for their
kind and compassionate care of Gonzague. Arrangements are in
