Gilbert Deering
DEERING, Gilbert George (December 11, 1934 – October 6, 2018) – Passed peacefully away at his home on Saturday, October 6, 2018, Gilbert Deering in his 84th year. Predeceased by his loving wife, Pauline (nee Frampton); his parents, Arthur and Elizabeth (nee Wareham) Deering; as well as numerous brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn, his dear children: Cordell (Tina), Karen (Craig Shaw), Kathy (Allan Legrow), and Keith (Cathy); his adoring grandchildren: David (Janelle), Keith (Stephanie), Jessica (Gary), Genelle (Gerard), George (Destiney), Rebecca (Mike), Maggie and Keegan; great-grandchildren: Carter and Brianna; sisters: Elsie Reid and Florence Morgan; special brother-in-law, Charlie Frampton; special friends, Ron and Cindy Borden; his little buddies, Nathanial and Mason LeDrew; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Barrett’s Funeral Home. A celebration of Gilbert’s life will take place at a later date to be announced. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Shriners Children’s Hospital or a charity of one’s choice.
