Obituary of Geraldeen Kirkland
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Wiarton, on Tuesday afternoon, April 17th, 2018. Geraldeen May Kirkland, of Wiarton, at the age of 67 years. Dearly loved wife of Ken Craig for 40 years. Loving mother of Sherry Craig and Ruth Kirkland (Shawn Mitchelml), both of Owen Sound. Proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Geraldeen will be sadly missed by 4 sister’s, 5 brother’s and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur kirkland, Ruth Coombe her step-father, Reginald Coombe; her siblings; her in-laws.
Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Sunday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service. A Memorial Service for Geraldeen Kirkland will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 23rd, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kendall Schmitke officiating. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society as an expression of sympathy.
