It is with great sadness that the family of the late
GEORGINA HILLIER of Lamaline announces her
passing at the Pleasant View Tower in St. John’s on Sunday,
May 20th, 2018 at the age of
88. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are; daughters, Violet Hillier of St.
John’s, Helen Martin (Lewis) of Lamaline, Daphne Ennis
(Bill) of St. John’s;
daughters-in-law, Deidre Hillier, Evelyn Hillier and
Elizabeth Fitzpatrick; sisters-in-law, Dora Woodland and Myrtle Legge;
brother-in-law, William
Hillier; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; plus a
large circle of extended family and friends.
She was
predeceased by: husband, Leslie; sons, Lewis,
Leslie and Aubrey Hillier; daughter, Margaret Hillier; parents, Sidney
and Deborah Woodland; and brothers & sisters.
The Hillier Family will be accepting visitors at St.
Mary’s Anglican Church in Lamaline on Tuesday, May
22nd, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m. and Wednesday, May 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.;
Funeral Service will take place at St. Mary’s Anglican
Church in Lamaline on Wednesday, May
23rd at 2:00 p.m.
Interment will follow at St.
Mary’s Anglican Cemetery in
Lamaline.
In Georgina’s
memory, donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society or flowers
gratefully accepted.
