A resident of Chatham, George Bak passed away at his home on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 in his 71st year.
He was the son of the late Michael & Mary (nee Mudrak) Bak.
Beloved husband of Nola Clarke.
Loving father of Chandra Clarke (Terry Johnson) of Chatham & Aaron Bak of Waterloo.
Granda to Tiernan, Egan, Rhodri & Aelwen.
Brother to Geoff Bak, Alan Bak & Kim Jones.
George worked as an Instrumentation Tech for the Canadian Airforce before continuing a long time career with Union Gas as a System Administrator. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family & dogs.
Family to receive friends on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. A Private Family Service to take place.
Donations may be made to Pet & Wildlife Rescue in memory of George.
