OBITUARY
Gaston Lomer Landry
July 19, 1954 – November 6, 2018
Gaston passed away with Joanne and Renee by his side on November 6, 2018 in Edmonton, AB.
He will be greatly missed by his daughter Renee; grandchildren Sienna and Liam; partner Joanne; her children Holly (Ryan) and Carter (Sarah); brothers and sisters Gisele (Landry) Demers (Raymond) of Sudbury, Ont., Constance (Landry) Conrad (Tom) of Sudbury, Ont., Jean-Guy Landry (Diane) of Sudbury, Ont., Eric Landry of Sudbury, Ont., Suzanne (Landry) DiRocco (Lino) of Calgary, AB, Eugene Landry of Sudbury, Ont., Julian Landry of Sudbury, Ont., and Estelle Landry of Hinton, AB; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Gaston is predeceased by his daughter Serenity Landry; parents Gilberte Paquette Landry and Antony Landry; and brother Cyril Landry.
Gaston lit up a room, had a heart of gold and a contagious personality. He loved golf, a glass of wine, his cigars, and his family. He was a hard worker who was proud of the company that he built.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 12:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810 – 34 Avenue, Edmonton.
Many thanks to Dr. Sawyer and the nurses at the Cross Cancer Institute, the Grey Nuns Hospital and the Misericordia Hospital.
