KING – Garry
Passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice, Hankinson House surrounded by the love of his family on Friday June 29, 2018, at the age of 84 years. Much loved husband and best friend of Norma for 61 years. Beloved father of Lenore and her husband Phil Ricotta, the late Brian and his wife Judy and Paul and his wife Carolyn. Devoted and adored grandfather of Sean, Allison, Ryan, Alannah, Heather, Brianna, Hillary and Connor. Garry is survived by his brother Donald and his wife Patricia. He was an honourable and proud member of the Hamilton and Wentworth Police Services for 36 years. A heartfelt thank you for all of the care and compassion shown to Garry by the staff and volunteers at the Stedman Community Hospice. Friends may pay their respects at the McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Road N. Brantford on Tuesday July 3, 2018 from 11 am – 1 pm. Followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Garry to the Stedman Community Hospice, Hankinson House.
