In loving memory of a husband, father, grandfather and sometimes all three simultaneously. Garry left behind a fun-loving legacy that will carry on with those who knew him, both family and friends. He enjoyed many activities including fishing, camping, golfing, cards with friends and family, winemaking and bowling; every challenge enjoyed that much more with a « we whomped em » and a gleeful grin. Often found domineering the cribbage board, his family knows that wherever Garry is, he’s there with a smirk on his face and a thumb on his nose, wiggling his fingers at us to let us know that we’ve been « skunked »! Garry is survived by Pat, his wife of 54 years; daughters Wendy Wilson (Ron Tarrant), Penny Tennant (Ron), five grandchildren, Kale, Asia, Jacob, Ben and Tiana; brother Noel Wilson (Helga), sister Marlene and several nieces and nephews. A private family celebration of life was held at home in Lumby, BC.
