FRIZZLE (nee Turner), Judith
September 22, 1954 — September 24, 2018
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Judy Frizzle at home in Kelowna after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband Rockie, daughter Kinzy (Dimitar), step-children Kari (Bal) and Craig (Robyn), sisters Linda, Lesley and Laura, and grandchildren.
Judy met her soulmate, Rockie, in the 70’s in Granisle, BC. They settle in Sparwood where they meet their lifelong friends, creating a community of support, love and so much laughter. For close to 40 years they have raised children, camped, golfed and vacationed together creating countless stories and memories.
Her love, dedication and unwavering support of her daughter, as well as her step-children, will forever be treasured and her example passed along to her adoring grand-children.
Judy loved a good game of cards, sitting around a blazing fire and could be a bit of a prankster. Her gorgeous laughter and generous heart will forever be missed.
A memorial celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC with a reception to follow.
