Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie. Beloved husband of Margaret French (nee Healey). Dear father of Stephen (Ramona), Rob (Michelle), Karen (Daniel), Clarke (Dana), and Cheryl (Jeff). Buck will be missed by his great nephew, Gerry French. Grandfather of Chantel, Desmond, Shannon, Sarah, Chantal, Adam, Olivia, Emma, Dakota, Cayden, Taylor, and the late Charles. Great grandfather of Noah, Jack and Norah. Brother of Frances Reynolds, Anne Leonard, and the late Allan, Lawrence and Doug. Buck will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, great, nieces and nephews, his many friends and extended family.
A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 and from 1-3 on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, December 29 at 3 pm. Reception to follow.
Spring interment Waverley United Cemetery.
