Fredrick “Fred” Tabler

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our father and grandfather Fredrick Tabler. Fredrick was predeceased by his wife Violet Margaret Stephenson on the 3 June 2014. She died just short of their 60th Wedding Anniversary, 13 November 1954. He will be missed by his loving children: Marilyn (Robert) Ladd and Douglas (Judy) Tabler. Also, his grandchildren: David, Steven, Carolyn and Jonathan Ladd and Bailey Tabler will deeply miss him. He leaves to mourn a loving brother and sister-‐in-‐law Joseph and Inez (Coyne) Tabler and a sister-‐in-‐law Darlene (Priebe) Tabler. He will be missed by his wife’s sisters and husbands: Mary Louise (Stephenson) and Merlyn Western and Ruby (Stephenson) and Bill Stone.
Fred, as he was called, was predeceased by his parents Carl and Lydia (Henkel) Tabler; his sisters Helen (Carl) Bakken, Caroline (Helmer) Kjelland, Harriet (Art) Bergeson, Cecille Tabler and Edith (Mike) Ruptash. He was predeceased by his brother and sister–‐in–‐law Samuel and Nelda (Hesp) Tabler as well as his brother Carl Tabler. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews and friends.
He attended Northgate Baptist Church until he moved to the Millwood’s Shepherd Care in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 2017. He loved the visits from individuals from Northgate Baptist Church.
We want to thank all the individuals who took care of him at this facility as well as the Grey Nuns Hospital. Furthermore, we would like to acknowledge the earlier care that he received at the Royal Alexander Hospital and the Venta Nursing Home.
The funeral service will be held at Northgate Baptist Church, 13208 – 95 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on the 10 November 2018 at 1:30 p.m and interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
A Luncheon will follow the interment.
