Obituary of Frederick Moore
Passed away peacefully at Centre Regional Health Centre surrounded by his loving family Frederick George Moore at the age of 90.
Even though he worked as an accountant for all of his career, everyone who knew him could say that his real work took place outside of the office. His free time involved manual labour, no easy way out for Fred. Countless hours spent crawling around in dirt planting crops, or trudging his way over bogs and brooks to get to his cabins, pick berries, catch trout or check his rabbit snares.
During his last 30 years, Fred spent many days developing his family cabin and property , which he lovingly named “Moorehaven” . He treasured every trip that was spent there with family and friends.
Fred will always be remembered and respected for his love of family, brilliant mind, extraordinary sense of humour and for his endless support to charitable organizations.
