Savage, Freda – It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Freda Savage (nee Mitchell) at Clinton Public Hospital on Thursday, August 30th, 2018. Cherished wife of Alexander Savage for the past 43 years. Beloved mother of Cheryl Buckham, Robert Duesbury, Harold Duesbury (Linda), Larry Savage (Lori), Patti Koch (Wayne) and Rob Savage. Loving grandmother to Jonathon Buckham (Dawn), Adam Buckham, Tara Duesbury (Keith), Ben Koch (Toni) and Jeff Savage. Dearly loved by great grandchildren Sebastian and Isabella Buckham. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Leona and her beautiful granddaughter Lauren Duesbury. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews in eastern Ontario. Sadly missed by family friend of many years June Stacey (Irish). A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Stratford General, Clinton Public and Alexandra Marine and General Hospitals. In accordance with Freda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory made to Healthy Hearts Goderich would be greatly appreciated.
