Obituary
Born in Victoria, BC. Predeceased by father (Jack), mother (Mina), wife (Marjorie). Mourned by his two sons John and Shawn (wife Sonoko), grandchildren Josh and Kristen + several family and extended family members. Fred graduated from Victoria High School in 1950, successfully completing a two-year university pre-entrance math and sciences program. He enjoyed a successful career as a food/non-food sales representative (primarily with Nabob Foods and Perco Sales & Associates), and remembered as an honest, dedicated and caring individual throughout his entire life. Fred enjoyed camping (trailer), golf, fishing, volunteering, and spending enormous quality time with his family. Fred and his family resided in Burnaby (Central), North Delta (Sunshine Hills), and Langley (Walnut Grove). He later resided in South Surrey. Special thanks to Vancouver General Hospital, Royal Columbian Hospital, Peace Arch Hospital, Dr. Cheyne, and the entire Peace Portal Seniors Village staff – for taking great care of him during the later part of his life. There will be a Celebration of Fred’s Life:
