A resident of Chatham, formerly of Colbalt & Timmins, Ontario, Frank Purdy passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in his 48th year.
Frank was the son of Mary Kristie & the late William Purdy. Grandson of the late Fulton & Anne (nee Taylor) of Colbalt, Ontario.
Loving father of Augustus Purdy (Tara), Victoria Purdy (Brett) & Ashley Leduc (Alex), all of Timmins.
Beloved brother of Emily Kristie (Janelle) of Chatham.
Uncle of Aaron Kristie-Brazeau, Leah Kristie-Brazeau (Ryan) & Kaleigh Kristie-Brazeau.
Godfather & great-uncle of Zaiden Kristie-Campbell & Kayden Winter.
Missed many uncles, cousins & extended family.
Frank adored his children and they were the most important part of his life. He enjoyed going walks, spending time with his family & godson Zaiden, fishing, hockey & gaming. He will be very missed by his family in Chatham, Cobalt, Timmins & surrounding places.
As per Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place with Private Family Interment to be held.
In memory of Frank, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
