Celebrating the Life of
Furo-Frank Frederick of Regina, SK passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of 77 years.
Frank was born in Regina in 1941 to Michael and IIa Furo.
Frank was predeceased by his parents; sisters Charlotte and June; and brothers Harvey and Ken. Frank is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sylvia and their two daughters Patty (Phil) Tran and their children Dalton and Mercedes of Regina, Debra (Keith) Furo and their son Ethan of Calgary; sister Doreen (Dick) Mehling; sister-in-law Shirley Lupanko; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frank will forever be remembered as a kind, caring and giving man who would do anything for his family, friends and animals. He enjoyed his time at their cottage located at Eldora Beach, where he could be found working away on his cottage or helping one of the neighbours. Frank will be missed by many. A special thank you to Dr. Khaladkar, Dr. Duffy, the EMTs who brought Dad to the emergency at the Pasqua Hospital, the emergency doctors, nurses and staff, the EMTs who so carefully transported Dad to the General Hospital, MICU and 3E doctors, nurses and staff. Your kindness, patience and compassion while Dad was in your care is truly appreciated.
A CELEBRATION OF FRANK`S LIFE will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Frank to the Regina Humane Society, P.O. Box 3143, Regina, SK S4P 3G7.
