DUNFORD, Frank “Grumpy”
It is with sadness that we announce Frank’s passing on October 25, 2018, at Chatham-Kent Hospice, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Bea for 52 years. Loving father of Gayle (Al Eisenkirch). Predeceased by his parents and 12 siblings. Survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Frank was well known for his ownership of Tilbury IGA and Grumpy’s Variety. Long time member of the Knights of Columbus. It is impossible to find anyone who didn’t enjoy his sense of humour, kindness, or dedication to helping others. Heartfelt thanks to his nurse, Madeline for her compassionate care and friendship. Many thanks to the staff at Chatham-Kent Hospice for their care. At Frank’s request cremation has taken place.
