It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Francesco Semeraro, on October 5, 2018, at the age of 94.
Beloved husband for 65 years of Giuseppina Frate, cherished father of Pieretta (Bob), Mary (Frank), Tony (Susie) and Dino (Rosa), devoted Nonno of Christopher (Tania), Jennifer (Shady), Franco (Valeria), Kimberly (Anthony), Krystina, Kayla, Anthony and Nicholas. He will also be deeply missed by his great-grandchildren Matteo, Olivia, Hannah, Antonio, Matthew, Christian, Luciano and Amelia, nieces and nephews, and many relatives and friends.
He will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour and his love for his family.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Geneviève Ferdais, nurses Emilia and Valérie of the CLSC Verdun, and the very special caregivers Girlie, Myrna and Juvy for their loving support and care of Papa Frank.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
