Frances Dorothy Rankin (Burgess) age 85 years of Dartmouth passed away peacefully on March 18, 2018 at Sage Nursing Home in Lower Sackville. Born in Windsor, Nova Scotia she was a daughter of the late Robert & Maude (Harrison) Underwood. She is survived by sons Donnie and Leonard and daughter in law Maureen. She was predeceased by her first husband Robert Rankin and second husband Harry Burgess , sons Leonard and William . Cremation has taken place , services will be held at a later date.
