BRADBURN, Frances (née Smith)
Peacefully passed away, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Beloved daughter of the late Frank and the late Esther (née St. James) Smith. Loving wife of the late Norman Walter Bradburn. Dear mother of the late Hope, late Steven and late Matthew. Predeceased by her brothers Robert Frank Smith (late Constance), William Reginald Smith in World War Two, and Jeffery Arthur Smith (Betty). Lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews and special friend Diane MacWilliam (John). Frances “Fran” was a registered Public Health Nurse, serving many years in her chosen profession and her greatest passions in life were her late husband Norman and her late three children, Hope Pamela, Steven Peter and Matthew along with family pets. Fran enjoyed the challenges of the ever changing world in which she was privileged to live in and was very grateful in having good and close friends. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Thursday, October 18th, 2018 at 4 p.m. Friends may gather after 3 p.m. If you so desire, donations (by cheque only) to St. Joseph’s Continuing Care (Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit).
