Floyd Dumville
1955-2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Floyd Ronald
Dumville, age 62 of O`Leary, beloved husband of the late Irma
Dumville (nee Fraser), announce his passing, surrounded by his
children, at Palliative Care Unit, Community Hospital, O`Leary on
Monday March 26, 2018. Floyd was born on November 26, 1955 in
O`Leary, son of Thelma (nee MacNevin) & the late Edsel
Dumville. Floyd was employed with PEI department of transportation as
a heavy equipment operator.
Dear father to Jeff (Jennifer) Cole Harbour N.S; Jennifer
(Ron) Rosati, Ohio USA and Joey (Genna Kim),
O`Leary.
Loving grampy to Bailey & Brynn Dumville; Luke
& Jerry Rosati.
Floyd is also survived by sister Sandra Milligan, Summerside;
brother Dale Dumville, Slemon Park; brothers and sisters in law
Franklyn (Annabelle) Fraser; Rosetta (Peter) Tremblay; Janie (Wayne)
MacWilliam; Connie (Cyril) Hardy; Hubert (Lisa) Fraser; Romey (Heather
Joy) Fraser; Danny (Alicia) Fraser; Leonard (Shelly) Fraser; Jackie
(Tammy) Fraser and Noreen (Darryl) Profit; as well as aunts Fairley
(Alvin)Yeo, Audrey (Blair) Thomson and Glenn MacNevin.
Floyd was predeceased by his father Edsel (2011), wife Irma
(March 26, 1983), grandson Benjamin Rosati (2011), mother and father
in law Levina (2011) and Reginald Fraser (2013).
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O`Leary
with visiting hours Wednesday 2‑4 pm and 7‑9pm.
Funeral on Thursday in the Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in
the Bloomfield United Church Cemetery.
In memory of Floyd, donations to the Bloomfield United Church
Cemetery or O`Leary Community Health Foundation Palliative Care
would be appreciated.
