Maurice; Fernand « Fern » Donald (Owner of the Wood Shack on Hwy 11 North)-
Passed away suddenly at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Wednesday May 9, 2018 at the age of 67. Fern beloved husband of Patti (nee Lawmorie). Loving father of Kari Persson (Tony), Rejeanne, Susie (Terry Jones). Cherished grandfather of Lucas and Alyson. Loved son of the late Noel and Simone Maurice. Dear brother of Jean-Guy (Aline), Murielle (Francois), Leo (Cheryl), Paul (Sharron), Juliette (Gary predeceased), Gaetan (Iris) and the late Gaston, Marcienne, Marcel, Yolande, Theresa and Urbain. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Special uncle and best friend of Claude Gollain. Sadly missed by his many friends in Orillia. Visitation will be held at The Salvation Army, 157 Coldwater Rd W, Orillia on Tuesday May 15, 2018 from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 1 PM. Cremation to follow.
