Bathurst – Mrs. Evelyn
Thibeault, 89, wife of the late Louis Thibeault, of Miramichi Ave.,
Bathurst, passed away on Friday February 2, 2018 at the Chaleur
Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in
Inkerman, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Alfreda
(Arseneau) Losier.
She was a retired nurse from the Chaleur
Regional Hospital in Bathurst.
She is survived by three sons: Marc
Thibeault (Sharon) and Pierre Thibeault (Rachel Lapointe) of Bathurst
and Luc Thibeault of Beresford.
Two
daughters: Louise Cameron (Wayne) of Miramichi and Lucie Thibeault
Fournier of Pointe-Verte, NB
Thirteen grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Two sisters: Emma Gurijew (William)
and Antoinette Hamilton (late Bob) both of Edmonton, AB.
Four brothers: Gilles Losier of Bathurst, Arthur Losier (Bridgette) of
Lamèque, Wilfred « Billy » Losier (Emilie)
of Inkerman and Antoine Losier of Tracadie. Several nieces
and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by four sisters:
Évangeline, Corinne, Carmel, Jean d’Arc and three
brothers: Laurent, Guy and Normand.
The
family will receive relatives and friends on Monday February 5, 2018,
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com),
Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 6, 2018
at 11 a.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave.,
Bathurst.
