It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Evelyn, at the age of 91 years.
Evelyn will forever be remembered by her husband of 68 years, Peter, 6 children, Jimmy (Carol), David and Lily, Joan (Say Pin), Fred (Rose), Joyce (Michael), Victor (Kelly), Godson, Wei (Sue), 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, her brother, Jiu as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, Foo Fok Loi and Teo Siok Liew and sister, Siew Hong.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on July 20, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, 15495 Castle Downs Road NW Edmonton, Alberta T5X 4A8.
Interment to follow at the Northern Lights Cemetery 15203 Campbell Road Edmonton, Alberta T6V 1K2.
An appreciation lunch will follow at the Church after interment.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and Doctors at Capital Care Dickinsfield, 7 West Misericordia Hospital and 9Y Edmonton General Hospital for their compassionate care and kindness.
