Evelyn Narvey
1930-2018
Evelyn Narvey, wife of the late Raymond Narvey of Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home, formerly of Esgenoôpetitj, passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the age of 88.
Born in Chatham, NB Evelyn was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Margaret (Ward) Nicholas.
Evelyn was a homemaker, store clerk and home care worker.
Besides her love for animals she liked to listen to music, Quilt, Knit and enjoyed gardening.
Evelyn is survived by two daughters: Marjorie Casey (Gerald) of Miramichi, NB and Karen Narvey of Fredericton, NB; Two sons: James Narvey (Cindy) of Kingsclear, NB and Victor Narvey of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; three grandchildren: Jessie Narvey, Shawn Narvey and Cindy Lou Davis; six great grandchildren: Jessie Jr., Alora, Eli, C’Ana, Lennox and Amaria.
Visitation will held at Evelyn’s Late Residence, 557 Micmac road, Esgenoôpetitj after 4 PM on Tuesday, January, 01, 2019 and again on Wednesday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from Saint Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Esgenoôpetitj, NB, at 11 AM with Father Anthony Dass Papu officiating.
Burial will take place in the St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Esgenoôpetitj, NB, later in the spring.
As expressions of sympathy, in Evelyn’s memory, donations may be made to a memorial of one’s choice.
