Death Notice
Peacefully, surrounded by her family at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Evelyn Hilda Greene passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at the age of 88.
Beloved wife of the late John Greene (2009). Loving mother of Bradley Greene and Lois Janson. Cherished grandmother of Kenny, Anthony, Jeanette and Sarah. Treasured great-grandmother of Jordan and one to be born in January. Remembered by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Lesley and Rachel Shaw and her brother Norman Shaw. A funeral service will be held at MITCHELL FUNERAL HOME, 15 High St., Huntsville, ON, on Monday, May 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
