Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Bluewater Health on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, Evelyn Grace Grieve passed away, just two days short of her 90th birthday. Beloved wife of the late John Grieve (2011). Loving mother of Nancy (Ross) Kapala and Diane (Jeff ) Taylor. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Evan) Brown, Kimberly Dean, Tracey (Jim) Campbell, Jodie (David) Fisher, and Christina Kapala. Cherished great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren. Remembered by her nieces and nephews. Dear sister-in-law of Margaret (John) Begg. Predeceased by her sisters Helen Wilsdon and Donna Ferguson and by her sister-in-law Isobel (Cecil) Kemp. Family and friends will be received at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, January 19, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., with a funeral service following at 2:30 p.m. Private interment will be held in Wyoming Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
