Obituary of Eula Brown
BROWN, Eula Winnetta with family by her side at Kelso Pines Retirement Lodge, Owen Sound on Friday morning January 19, 2018. Eula Brown (nee Spencer) of Owen Sound and formerly of Wiarton in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd ‘Bud’ Welland (1962) and Frank Brown (1989). Cherished mother of Gary Welland and his wife Dawn of Georgian Bluffs and Spencer Welland and his wife Sara of Calgary, Alberta. Loved grandmother of Colin (Julia), Cameron (Cris), Rachael (Keith), Steven and Jason (Josie) and great grandmother of Olivia, Myles, Keira, Tessa and Rhett. Dear sister of Ross Spencer and his wife Shirley of Owen Sound and Bill Spencer and his wife Dianne of Oxenden. Predeceased by her parents Alice (Hill) and Arthur Spencer and sisters Reta Pinnel, Marie Mooney, Jean Stephens and Marjorie Martin. The visitation and funeral dates will be announced when available. Spring interment Oxenden Cemetery. Expressions of remembrance to the Wiarton Hospital or the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
