Fuller, Ethel (Evans)
Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on December 19, 2018 in her 85th year. Pre-deceased by: husband, George C. Fuller; daughter Jacqueline; brother Wilson; loving companion of 33+ years M. Bruce Hounsell (November 13, 2018) and other loved ones. Leaving to celebrate her life daughters: Heather (Harold) Sinyard; Brenda (Larry) Abbott. Grandchildren: Joy (Dwain) Gallant; Mark (Lori) Sinyard; Jillian (Glenn) Rice; Sarah Abbott (Mathew Doxtater); Gregory Abbott (Meghan Kelly). Great-grandchildren: Ryan & Evan Gallant; Kyle, Nick & Jack Sinyard; Audrey Rice. Brother, Clarence Evans; sisters-in-law Jean Evans and Joan Fuller; as well as a circle of cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Special thanks to Pete and Dorothy Seward. The family would like to extend a very special thank-you to Dr. Sandy Ennis and Ethel’s second family at 2N/S St. Patrick’s Mercy Home who both looked after mom and gave her someone to look after over the time she spent there.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Friday, December 21 from 2-4 and 7-9, Saturday 10-12. Service of celebration will take place Saturday, December 22 at 2:00pm from Barrett’s Chapel. Inurnment will take place immediately following the service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Parkinson’s Society or a charity of your choice.
