Ernest George Schwehr
Sadly, the family of Ernest « Ernie » George Schwehr, late of Canwood, announce his peaceful passing surrounded by his family on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 88 years. Ernie was born on January 27,1930 in Shellbrook, SK to Annie Servatius and Joseph Schwehr.
The Memorial Service for Ernie will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17th in the Canwood Elk’s Community Hall at 11:00 am with Rev. Emmanuel Aristide as officiant. In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Ernie to the Zion Lutheran Church or to the choice of the donor. Interment will be in the Sturgeon River Cemetery following the lunch.
