“Gone to be with his Lord”. Peacefully, at the Perley and Rideau Veteran’s Health Centre, on August 12, 2018, age 92. Loving husband of the late Ruth Goffin. Beloved father of Nancy, Randy and the late Roy. Dear uncle of Archdeacon Tim Parent (Jane). Dear friend and companion of Peggy Hodgins. Ron will be sadly missed by his church family and friends. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue ( at Richmond Road) on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 10 a.m. Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to The Salvation Army Bethany Hope Faith Community would be appreciated.
