1922 – 2018
Passed away on Wednesday October 31, 2018 surrounded by her family at Lisaard House at the age of 96 years. Loving wife of the late Erich Iden. Dear mother of Karin Shaddick of Toronto, Dieter Iden (Diane) of Kitchener, Krista Brown (Trevor) of Baden and Trudy Hinzel of Texas. Loving grandmother of Steve Shaddick (Melissa), Dan Shaddick, Krystal Knowles (Ryan), Nick Iden (Courtney), Connie Iden (Jason), Christopher Iden (Tiffany) and Ryan McNaughton (Paige). Loving great grandmother of 9 great grandchildren. Emma will be remembered by her sisters Edith Kauntz and Helga Koenig. Predeceased by her parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters and her granddaughter Jenna McNaughton.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Emma with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday November 4, 2018 from 12 p.m.- 2 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Reception will follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home. A Family interment will take place on Monday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.
