OBITUARY
Elvira Pagunsan Marero
November 14, 1942 – May 22, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elvira P. Marero at the age of 75. Elvira passed away unexpectedly at Burnaby General Hospital with her loving husband by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Columbano and Adela Gallano and her sister Rhodora. She is survived by her devoted husband Herminio her brothers Orlando (Melod), Columbano Jr. (Mely) and Noel (Fe). Her sisters Lolita, Naomi and Leticia (Wennie) and many nieces nephews and extended family and friends.
Elvira loved to dance, enjoyed her husband’s sense of humor and time spent with family. She will always be remembered for her strong-willed personality, laughter and her amazing generous heart.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church (2028 W 7th Avenue Vancouver) at 11am followed by the burial at Ocean View Cemetery (4000 Imperial St. Burnaby) at 1245 pm.
