On January 7, 2018, Elva Hazel Foster of Paris, Ontario, went to be with her Lord and Saviour quietly and peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford. She was born to Melvern and Marguerite (Munn) Raham on April 23, 1940 at Bankend, SK. Wife to Perry Wayne Foster, her loving husband of 50 years. A beloved mother to Kevin (Jennifer), Lynne, Carla (Matt), Brian, and Grace (Shane), and grandmother to 14 grandchildren whom she loved so dearly. She is also survived by her brother Austin Raham and sister Orla Fox, both of Vancouver. Special thanks to the Cancer Care Network in Hamilton and Brantford, Dr. Raja in Paris and the Stedman Community Hospice Team.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at Cedarview Church, 20 Cedar Street in Paris on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11 am. In accordance with Elva’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial donations to Child Evangelism Fellowship, Key Bible Clubs or the Stedman Community Hospice.
