Her Lord and Saviour called our mother and grandmother home from Grandview Lodge, Dunnville on Monday, March 12, 2018, in her 83rd year. Loving wife of the late Raymond Emmerson Wardell (2002). Beloved mother of June (Glen) Kavanagh of St. Catharines and Rose (Fred) Merritt of Smithville. Loving grandmother of Roswitha, Julie, Emily, Jennifer and Stephanie and 8 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Charles, Joyce, Joan and Noreen. Elsie was predeceased by her siblings Elmer, Grace, Donald, Olive, Harry, Doreen, Kenneth and Kathleen. Friends are invited to visit at BALLARD-MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad St. E., Dunnville on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. Following a reception at Dunnville Free Methodist Church, the committal service will take place at Merritt Settlement Cemetery, Caistor Centre. If desired, donations to the Dunnville Free Methodist Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family
