Eleanor Proulx (Thompson)
Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday June 8, 2018. Eleanor (nee Thompson) of Hagersville, in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Gil for 20 years. Dear mother of Tom (Bobbi), David, and Norm (Audrey), loving brother Ted and the late Sue Thompson. Eleanor will be missed by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her extended family and friends.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Eleanor’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 164, 5 Alma St N, Hagersville on Saturday July 7, 2018 from 1-4 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Eleanor’s memory may be made to Branch 164 Legion Poppy Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society.
