Addis, Effie (nee Chapman)
Effie passed away peacefully at the Perth Community Care Centre on Tuesday, May 8th, 2018 at the age of 89. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Addis. Predeceased by her parents Allison (Laing) and Alfred Chapman along with her sister Nettie Ryan (late Harold) and brothers Harold Leppard (Edith Stewart) and Fred Leppard (Ruth). Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her cousin Maggie Lynn Chapman and to Madge Jeffrey for their support and friendship. A celebration of life will be held at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Saturday, May 12th, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. For those who wish, donations to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
