Obituary of Edward Novinka
NOVINKA – Edward John: Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Ed was a grocer for over 50 years, IGA owner in Havelock, Port Hope, south Oshawa and in partnership with his favorite son in Madoc. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Nee Barker), loving father of Bob (Nancy), Nancy (Mike) and Kim (Jamie). Dear Papa/Pop to Madison (Andrew), Delaney, Lacey, Jackson, Samantha, Alex and Connor and great-grandfather of Ellie. Ed was predeceased by six brothers and sisters. A Graveside Service was held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe. Reverend Ward Taylor officiated.
